Remote opportunity, with travel required, within New York & Pennsylvania, to support Account Executives, as needed.

Your role in our future

As a Sales Enablement Manager (SEM), you will coach and support the adoption of a defined sales process and methodology within your assigned region. You will act as a crucial link between field sales and sales leadership, ensuring that sales development, marketing, and coaching initiatives are aligned with the current selling environment. Working closely with the Director of Sales Enablement and local sales leadership, you will assess and enhance the performance of general line sales professionals.

· Serve as the main point of contact for training, in-field support, coaching, and product certifications.

· Bridge the gap between the sales enablement team and local sales leadership to create synergy and enhance performance.

· Participate in district and national Business Impact Coaching (BIC) & Business Impact Selling (BIS) workshops.

 Reinforce BIC & BIS methodology to:

  • Improve methods of gaining access to accounts.

  • Enhance discovery skills.

  • Generate authentic opportunities.

  • Produce and deliver compelling business cases.

 Develop and execute personalized coaching and development plans.

· Design, develop, and implement training programs.

· Participate in local market sales meetings and workshops.

· Ensure proper adoption and utilization of sales tools and technology.

· Deliver solution trainings with scenario-based role plays.

· Conduct certifications to ensure ongoing training and knowledge retention.

· Collaborate with Marketing, Channel partners, and product leadership to identify training needs related to product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.

· Provide in-field coaching during client-facing meetings both virtually and on-site using the Business Impact Coaching plan.

· Deliver coaching and training events, including instructor-led sessions, national webinars, and 1:1 coaching sessions leveraging conversation intelligence technology.

· Regular regional travel and occasional national travel is required.

Your profile

· 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.

· Understanding of our sales process and the challenges faced by sales professionals.

· Proficiency in Business Impact Selling methodology.

· Analytical and data-driven, with experience using internal technology like Salesforce.

· Experience in delivering training and coaching through previous roles, certifications, or mentorship programs.

· Continuous learning mindset with a focus on new strategies, technologies, and industry trends.

· Motivated to contribute to the success of others.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This position has a target base salary of:

$80,000.00

and annual commission target of:

$50,000.00
