Zur Unterstützung unseres Service Techniker Teams sind wir momentan auf der Suche nach Zuwachs in Berlin! In dieser Position wirst du selbstständig mehrere Kunden in und um Berlin betreuen um sicherzugehen, dass unsere Kunden optimal mit der Instandhaltung unserer Posteingassysteme unterstützt werden.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

• Installationen, Wartungen und Reparaturen von Frankier-, Kuvertier- und Posteingangssystemen

• Beratung des Kunden vor Ort

• Angebot und Abschluss von Serviceverträgen

• Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Veränderungsprozessen

• Eskalationsbearbeitung

• Einarbeitung neuer Kollegen

• Intensive Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen

• Fachliche Ausbildung der Techniker im Feld (Training on thejob)

• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb zur Generierung weiterer Aufträge

Dein Profil

• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative

• Hohe Kundenorientierung

• Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Zielorientierter und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil

• Projektmanagement

• Abgeschlossene, technisch fundierte Ausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt Büromaschinen, Elektrotechnik oder Informationselektronik

• Gute PC-Kenntnisse

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
