The Budget Manager is a crucial role within the Marketing Operations Department, focused on overseeing all aspects of budgeting and financial management for marketing activities. This position involves comprehensive responsibility for budget forecasting, analysis, and strategic allocation of funds. The manager plays a key role in ensuring that marketing initiatives are financially sound, aligned with corporate goals, and executed efficiently. In addition, this role will oversee all central PO and Vendor Management for the entire CMO organization. This includes defining a globally standardized process and rollout, as well as continuing improvement of this process.

Your role in our future:

  • Lead the development and management of the marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking, and analysis.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing leadership, particularly the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), to align budgeting with strategic objectives.

  • Oversee the financial planning process, including regular budget phasing, reallocation of funds, and reforecasting efforts.

  • Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and optimize marketing spend.

  • Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to financial targets and company financial policies.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance budget efficiency and cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

  • Define standardized PO and Vendor Management

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 7+ years' experience in budget management, financial planning, and analysis, or compliance ideally within a marketing or similar environment.

  • Strong analytical skills, with a deep understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting processes, and financial reporting.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various departments.

  • Proficiency in financial management software and tools, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
