As a Senior Product Designer , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the design process, ensuring high-quality designs and contributing to the overall success of the user experience. You will oversee the product design creation process and mentor teammates, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Your role in our future:
Lead the design of new products and features from concept to launch, working closely with product and engineering teams.
Translate product goals into functional user experiences and develop these experiences through various stages of the product life cycle.
Develop a user-centered approach focusing on reducing customer pain points.
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
Utilize product personas to inform design decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating them into your work.
Mentor and guide junior designers, promoting best practices and helping them improve their skills.
Identify scenarios where product experiences meet customer needs through iterative designs and analytics tools.
Work on all aspects of product design, from customer research to compelling interaction and visual design.
Your profile:
Proficient in current design tools (Figma).
Knowledge of UI design principles, such as typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Capable of creating appropriate informational architecture and structuring content within a design effectively.
Assess user behavior needs and challenges using human-centered thinking.
Ideate using wireframes to explore concepts.
Understand and use software production tools such as Jira & Aha.
Manage own tasks in Jira, including estimation of story points and labels.
Collect and analyze user data from tools such as Pendo / Google Analytics / GainSight.
Efficiently use the design system to maintain consistency across projects.
Properly use common design patterns, such as navigation, input controls, menus, filters, tabs, etc.
Research and explore new technologies and design methodologies.
Take responsibility for own work and decisions.
Communicate effectively within the team and with other stakeholders.
